Terms of Service
General
I Will do: Fanart, ocs, furrys, animals, mecha, robots, armor, backgrounds, real people, vehicles, etcI WON'T do: Extreme fetishes (you can ask which is okay), exact copy of YCH poses (inspiration is fine, but they'll all be adapted), anything containing pedophilia, zoophilia, incest, racism or bigoted themes, anything that makes me uncomfortable.Payments
- I can offer payment plans in orders over $150. They can either be installments based on a time base, or milestone base. Feel free to send me a message to discuss them if needed!- Rush fees apply for orders that have a deadline tighter than 1 month. For under 30 days, there's a +15%; For under 14 days, there's a +25% fee; For under 7 days, there's a +50% fee; For max 3 days, there's a +100% fee.- Commercial use licence has a +25% fee, and Merchandise licence are +50%. NDAs are free though, just let me know in advance if you'd like to keep the commission private.- I cannot offer refunds after the order is paid, unless I'm 100% sure I won't be able to fullfill your order. If any kind of work has been made before the refund, in the worst case scenario, the refund will be made accordingly to how much progress was made.- VGen orders will have a +5% fee.Revisions and Wips
I usually send wips for 2 or 3 stages: Lineart/sketch, flats and render completion. But if you'd like more updates through the process, let me know!
With any commission, you get up to 5 revisions of the work for each stage, after that, there's a fee of +$10 for each revision. I also appreciate when revisions are asked in a list since it's easier for me to work that way!Deadlines and Delivery
I take up to 3 months to finish an order. Deadlines can be discussed, though!Usage of the art
I don't mind if you edit the art, use it in your profile, print it (If for profit, it would fit in commercial use), etc.
My art CANNOT be used to any kind of AI training, nor any AI usage at all. It also CANNOT be used for NFTs or Crypto related business in general.
As for me, unless stated to be a private comm, I can use it for examples of my art as well as portfolio content.Communication
